Come out and enjoy Fall at the 25th anniversary Fredericksburg Wine Festival. Returning to central Virginia, the festival features ownership wineries and three guest wineries from throughout the area. Over 100 varieties of wine will be offered for purchase and sampling in addition to other adult beverages. Some of the proceeds from the event will benefit the a local foundation which helps soldiers in the area.
In addition to excellent wine choices, entertainment will be provided by Jerry Wade offering the best in country music. Cooking with wine demonstrations will be held throughout the two day festival by Steven Hafner. For those guests who prefer a good beer instead of wine, the All American Girls will be serving up ice cold beverages in the beer tent. For the kids, enjoy the Aubrey Treakle’s barrel train. The 25th anniversary Fredericksburg Area Wine Festival is the place to be on October 3rd and 4th! Vendors will also be available to provide a break from your wine tasting festivities. Food will be offered by Gregory’s Grill,The Honey Baked Ham Company, Poppin’ Jon’s Kettle Corn and festival food like gyros, funnel cakes, and fresh squeezed lemonade. To meet all of your shopping needs, check out the Avon, Goodys Paws Bakery, and Jamberry booths as just a few of the over fifty vendors.
